The running in period is an important link to ensure the normal operation of the loader, reduce the failure rate and prolong the service life of the loader. Some users ignore the special technical requirements of the new machine's running in due to lack of common sense of loaders or because of tight schedule or the desire to gain income as soon as possible. Some users even think, anyway, manufacturers have the warranty period, the loader is broken by the manufacturers responsible for the maintenance of the machine, so in the run in period is long time overload, causing the machine fault occurs frequently, which not only affects the normal use of the machine, shorten the service life of the machine, but also because of damage to the machine impact engineering schedule. Therefore, the application and maintenance of the loader's running in period should be paid full attention to.
1. fast wear speed
Due to the influence of new machine parts processing, assembly and adjustment, the friction surface is rough, the contact area of the mating surface is small, and the surface pressure condition is uneven. During the running of machine, the concave and convex parts of parts surface are embedded with each other. The metal debris worn down as abrasive continues to participate in friction, which accelerates the wear of parts matching surfaces. Therefore, the wear of parts (especially with the surface) is easily caused during the running in period, and the wear speed is fast. At this time, if the overload operation, it may cause the damage of the parts and produce an early fault.
2. bad lubrication
Due to the smaller mating gap of new assembly parts, and because of assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the fit clearance. Lubricating oil (grease) is not easy to form uniform oil film on the friction surface to prevent wear. Thus, the lubrication efficiency is reduced and the early abnormal wear of the machine parts is caused. In serious case, it will cause the scratch or bite of the friction surface of the precise coordination, which leads to the occurrence of the fault.
The new processing assembly parts, with the size of the existing geometry and deviation, in the initial stage, due to shock, vibration and impact of alternating load, heating, deformation and other factors, such as excessive wear and easy, so that the original fastening parts loosening.
4. occurrence of leakage
Due to the influence of mechanical loosening, vibration machine heating, sealing surface machine and pipe joint out leakage, part of casting and machining defects such as difficult to find in assembling and debugging, but because of vibration, the working process of the impact, the defects will be exposed, as leakage (infiltration) oil (water), therefore, prone to leakage in.
5. errors in operation
Because of the lack of understanding of the structure and performance of the machine (especially the new operator), it is easy to cause failure due to operation errors and even cause mechanical accidents.
