Several reasons for low oil pressure of loader
The loader in the work process, if the oil pressure is lower than 0.2 MPa (or with the engine speed change fluctuated), should immediately stop the search for reasons, troubleshooting before it can continue to work, otherwise it will lead to the tile burning, cylinder and other major mechanical accident. The main reasons for the low oil pressure of the Guizhou direct injection loader are as follows.
(1) insufficient oil oil quantity
If the oil oil is insufficient, the pump oil will be reduced, the oil pressure is reduced, and the wear of the crankshaft and the bearing, cylinder sleeve and piston will be aggravated.
(2) high engine temperature
If the temperature of the engine is too high, it not only accelerates the aging and deterioration of the oil, but also makes the oil thinner, which leads to the decline of oil pressure.
(3) the shutdown of the oil pump or the insufficient pump oil
The driving pin of the oil pump and the fixed pin of the drive shaft break or cooperate with the key to fall off, and the oil pump suck the foreign matter and pump the oil gear, which will stop the operation of the oil pump and the oil pressure will also drop to 0.
When the oil pump shaft and bushing, the clearance between the gear face and the clearance between the pump cover and the clearance or radial clearance due to wear and exceeds the allowable value, will lead to reduce the amount of oil pump, oil pressure caused by the consequences of the decline.
(4) the gap between the crankshaft and the connecting rod bearing is too large
When the engine is used for a long time, the gap between the crankshaft and the connecting rod bearing will gradually increase, and the oil pressure decreases as well.
(5) blockage of oil filter
When the oil is blocked by the oil filter, the safety valve located on the base of the oil filter is pushed open, and the oil will not be filtered directly into the main oil channel. If the opening pressure of the safety valve is too high and the oil filter is blocked, the safety valve can not be opened in time, so the pressure of the oil pump increases, the internal leakage increases, and the oil supply of the main oil way decreases, resulting in the decrease of the oil pressure.
(6) damage or failure of the oil return valve
If the spring of the return valve is fatigued or softened or adjusted unproperly, when the mating surface of the valve seat and the steel ball is worn or blocked by dirt, the oil return will increase obviously, and the oil pressure of the main oil way will also decrease.
(7) oil radiator or pipeline oil leakage
Oil radiator and oil leakage in the pipeline will make the oil pressure drop. If the pipe is blocked by the dirt, the flow of oil will be reduced and the oil pressure will be reduced because of the increase of resistance.
(8) failure of oil pressure sensor or tubing blockage
If the oil pressure sensor fails, or the oil pipe from the main oil channel to the oil pressure sensor is not fluent because of the accumulation of dirt, the oil pressure meter will show the oil pressure drop.
(9) blockage of oil sucking disc
If the oil is too dirty, too sticky, it is easy to plug the suction disc. When the engine throttle low speed, oil pump volume is small, the main oil channel is able to set up a certain pressure, oil pressure will be normal; but when the throttle is running at high speed, the amount of oil pump for suction resistance and significantly reduced, thereby causing the oil pressure gauge shows decreased.
(10) wrong number of oil or unqualified quality
Different types of engines are required to add different oil, and the same type should also use different grades of oil in different seasons. If the engine oil number is wrong, the engine will increase the leakage due to the low viscosity of the engine oil, thus reducing the oil pressure.
(11) low pressure setting of pressure regulating valve
If the pressure regulating valve sets the oil pressure low, the oil can not be effectively transported to the various lubricating parts, thus the mechanical failure occurs. If the oil pressure is too high, it will increase the fuel consumption, increase the load to the oil pump and the lubricating part, damage the seal of the oil road and cause the oil leakage.
