What are the features of the loader's engine structure?
1. The intake process
The loader crankshaft rotates and the piston moves down the stop point at the top and stop point, when the intake valve is opened. 3. Work stroke
When the compression stroke the piston nears TDC loader, Spark Spark plug electrodes, the mixture is compressed ignition, combustion gas expands rapidly, the instantaneous pressure in the cylinder is 2940kPa-4410kPa, temperature of 1800 DEG -2000 DEG, under the action of the high-pressure gas, the piston is forced from TDC down only a little exercise, through the rod, the high pressure gas thrust to the crankshaft rotation so as to achieve power, heat energy into mechanical energy.
4. Exhaust stroke
The loader on the power stroke, the piston is pushed to the next stop point, the exhaust valve opens, the piston is the only point to the TDC, the cylinder combustion gas in piston driven by the exhaust valve cylinder, piston to TDC, the exhaust valve closes and the the end of the trip. At the end of the loader's exhaust stroke, a working cycle is completed. As long as the crankshaft rotates continuously, the intake, compression, work, and exhaust can be circulated round and round.
